Staff were really nice and professional. Anytime they used a machine or device that touched my son, they wiped it immediately after they were done. We did end up waiting about 30mins after the appointment time, but there were plenty of thing for the kids to do that I didn’t even notice the time past our appointment. Kids loved it!
From the moment we arrived until the time we left, our experience was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The dentist and dental assistant were extremely professional, patient, and kind with my child, making the entire visit comfortable and positive
I wish I had this office when I was a child. They have taken such good care of my two boys and made it so the dentist is not something to be feared. Today, one of my boys had to have a filling and a crown. We still had a positive experience and he walked away not being scared of them. They explained everything at his level and made sure his pain was controlled throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend this office! So great for kids! It was an absolutely amazing experience. As younger parents this was one area of parenting we were fairly inexperienced with. Everyone at triad dental was very helpful, happy, and energetic. Great with the kids! 100 percent reccommend
