PCP part of triad is great, mental health services however not so much. My therapist put in a referral to med management over a month ago. I am pregnant, my ob okayed my staying on all meds. They finally called me back today after me calling all week to tell me they just “assumed” I didn’t need those meds anymore because they assumed my ob took me off all meds (when she okayed me to stay on all of them) so for a month they ignored me and let me run out of super important mental health meds bc of a personal assumption.
