Everytime I go there my lab results takes 4ever ,went there with typ A flu 3 days later here I sit with no medication, what's the point time my lab results get back ill b over it I hope they don't bill my insurance for this
Dr Mike is very knowledgeable . Listens well and understands. Jessica the nurse is just as awesome as Dr Mike. I highly recommend this Triad locations and these ppl on their staff list. Always a nice tone of greeting by the receptionists when calling in. I cannot speak highly enough.
The Dr's get to know you personally, most of the staff is great. The ladies in the pharmacy are wonderful.
was told that Michael Pratt their pediatrician was uncomfortable seeing our Newborn??!??!? like what are you not a professional dr. what would make a Dr uncomfortable about seeing a newborn that is the oddest thing I’ve ever heard.
They refuse to give my wife meds that she needs that she has been on for years her dr died it's 4 month till we can get in another dr were we just moved to
