was told that Michael Pratt their pediatrician was uncomfortable seeing our Newborn??!??!? like what are you not a professional dr. what would make a Dr uncomfortable about seeing a newborn that is the oddest thing I’ve ever heard.
They refuse to give my wife meds that she needs that she has been on for years her dr died it's 4 month till we can get in another dr were we just moved to
I had to see the male doctor/NP, Michael instead of my daughter’s normal doctor/NP, Jessica. And he just rode the visit off like in out literally in under 4 to 5 minutes. Didn’t listen or care what was wrong with her didn’t listen to anything I said. Told me her ear wasn’t infected which it most certainly is. I was so angry when I left there. It made me want to switch doctors completely. I absolutely don’t recommend that guy if you must go to this place for your healthcare needs.
Professional service from nice people. I love that they now have a pharmacy, the only one in Warsaw and a lot closer than any other one.
Let me start with I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m highly satisfied or highly dissatisfied.. I want to be clear, when my family first started attending this place, we were not satisfied. They had a couple nurses/medical assistants that were a bit abrasive—my family continued care with them bc we didn’t want to judge triad as a whole, based on a couple employees.
