Their online appointment scheduling DOES NOT WORK. In fact, they should remove it. Twice I went there after booking an appointment online. The first time was with my wife. We both booked appointments online for the same day. They were 30 minutes apart. However, when we arrived they had my wife's appointment booked, but said mine was the day prior! Employee created incorrect orthotics for my feet. They caused a burning sensation beneath both feet. I returned to the clinic and had one of the doctors examine the orthotics and he stated, without hesitation, that a hard versus soft orthotics had been created and told me to return to Rick about it. Instead of offering to correct the situation, Rick gave me a 30-minute lecture on the value of wearing a hard orthotic.
