Employee created incorrect orthotics for my feet. They caused a burning sensation beneath both feet. I returned to the clinic and had one of the doctors examine the orthotics and he stated, without hesitation, that a hard versus soft orthotics had been created and told me to return to Rick about it. Instead of offering to correct the situation, Rick gave me a 30-minute lecture on the value of wearing a hard orthotic.
