We had a great experience with this company! After having a bad experience with 2 previous contractors that completely damaged our floors and took our money. Triad flooring repaired and restored our floors! And even fixed the Tiolet in the process! We appreciate their service and integrity!
Just finished a shower replacement after a neglected leaky shower pan. Kept the work well scheduled and met the needed completion date, picture included minus glass install. Nicki was a pleasure to work with.
Just completed two bathroom renovations with Triad Flooring & Bath. Very pleased with how things turned out. The renovations went smooth with no major delays or issues. Everyone was easy to work with and ready to answer questions when the arose or adjust to changes as needed.
Mike, his project supervisor Rafa, and his team were top notch from beginning to end. Mike was there exactly when he said he was going to be and his communication was second to none. Mike walked us through all the different flooring options and budgets, and thoroughly answered our questions. I felt privileged to work with him and his team, and they made us feel like he was doing flooring in his own home. The job itself was projected for 5 days and they finished in 3! Mike, the owner was phenomenal! I just wanted to look at flooring samples for a build out of state. He spent his time & explained all about how the flooring was made and was happy to show me the samples. He also informed me of what to talk about with the out of state builder. Such wonderful & personal service even though he knew there wasn’t going to be a sale. Mike was truly professional and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone & wish I was using his business for my new house!
