I recently had my cataract surgery done at Triad Eye Institute- Bartlesville by Dr. Lobodiak. I am pleased with the results. I wanted to stay nearsighted and after a few consultations/conversations with Dr. Goss and Dr. Lobodiak, the right configuration of lens was recommended for me. I felt that both listened to my concerns and wishes and did their best to accommodate me. I believe that helped determine the success of the surgery. I had my preop consultation for cataract surgery on Friday, 12-5. There were a lot of patients in the facility which was, initially, overwhelming. They have an efficient and effective staff and I was impressed with the time I was allowed to ask questions, discus options and choose the lenses I wanted. I was able to schedule an appointment for my first surgery for the following week. So far, so good!
I want to say up front I LOVE Triad in Bartlesville and Claremore. The 3 stars is for their rude. RUDE. R U D E pregnant receptionist. RUDE to everyone. I’m not special. lol RUDE and pregnancy isn’t an excuse
