I've been calling and leaving messages for 1 month trying to get my W2. When they finally answered today, the person on the phone had a bad attitude. They transferred me to the same number that never answers and nobody ever helps me. There's another review with the same problem. Very bad service.

Sunday morning and we're out front.. My kid playing and this fool runs the stop sign. Triad is the danger driver company!!! I hope all insurance companies Google the company they are about to insure for vehicle coverage. That's a stop sign at a 4 way intersection in a neighborhood - not a yield sign, not a suggestion to stop. Following traffic laws and coming to a complete stop would be appreciated.
