I used to go here all the time and then it just got worse and worse over the last year or so. They have some good nail techs but I always seem to get the lazy ones, like today. I got a pedicure and it was terrible. The girl barely massaged my legs and would stop what she was doing to talk to a co worker. She was just being lazy and just rushed me through. I have been going to Triad Day Spa in the Shoppes at Deep River for almost 10 years. I have always received excellent service. Tina always does my fingernails and does a wonderful job. She is attentive and careful. I have received compliments several times on my nails out in public and was asked where I get them done. I would recommend Triad Day Spa to anyone who wants quality professional nail service.
I have been a loyal customer for 10 year and have always been satisfied with the work and customer service of all the employees. Tina and Hal are always so accommodating and respectful. I would recommend the day spa to everyone. The best in High Point!!!
This place is the BEST! my daughter and I had the best time and I love how they treat everyone as if they were the only customer
