Sabrina is AMAZING!! I went there not knowing anything about aerial silks but she was so patient and taught me a lot - including helpful stretches and exercises. It was an incredibly memorable hour. So if you're on the fence, just do it!!
I love love LOVE this place and all the people behind Triad Aerial Arts. A great variety of aerial silks, lyra, contortion, acro, and fitness classes are taught here. You are greeted by friendly faces during every class you take. A 10/10 all across the board.
