Triad was stellar to work with the remodel of our 1974 home. They remodeled every room with quality construction and attention to detail while staying on time!!! I have built and remodeled previously and Triads team, from project management to all the crews, and trades involved, were the best I have experienced. They have many years experience that shows by the teamwork. They show up on time and communicated through all decisions and any unexpected challenges of remodeling an old home, along the way.

Signed contract 6/ 2021- Closed 8/2023 Yes, they delivered a home and it is habitable. We would not refer DMI Homes to anyone. The following facts are why. Communication over this very extended time was very very poor. We expected the portal would make communication easy and effective. We thought we would be able to watch the progress of the home. Mike and Brian are excellent and so is their team. They are efficient, fast, reliable, and do high quality work. Very hard to find people like this while renovating your home. Highly recommend!
