Allow 15-20 mins to get to the Tria office from the orange parking ramp. Its not free parking. Allow more time depending on how long it takes to find a parking spot. Find a wheelchair if the patient has mobility issues, as it is a long walk from parking to the office. At least the walk is indoors. Better yet, drop off the patient at the circle entrance to the 3931 bldg , then park.

I’m am at Tria in St. Louis Park. Methodist hospital. My appointment was a 10:30 check in for an 11:00 procedure. At 11:10 I was still waiting. Staff from front desk was told my appointment was 11:00 check in and 11:30 procedure. NOT TRUE. it is now 11:30 and I’m still sitting here waiting. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
