I called the wrong number, however the guy I spoke to was very understanding and friendly.
They are good guys for the most part but be warned, you better look carefully at your orders for damage. Their policy is not business friendly and if you miss unseen damages you're on your own, they will not accept your good word or the customers. Tri West will not honor replacements on damaged materials you may have missed.
