Needed 2 pants with a half crease. Workers seemed not want the business. Kept referring to the Boss was out till Monday. Which does me no good. Have used them in the past. But will not longer be my place to go.
This company does not answer their phone. Fast beep during working hours. Seems you have to walk in for service. This is unfortunate when you are unable to walk in to ask a question.
I took a king size bedspread to be dry cleaned three weeks later they tell me it’s ready. I go to pick it up and it has dog hair all over it and dust all over the bottom of it like it had been dragged across the floor.. I asked them are y’all sure you clean this and they said yes and I said well it’s still dirty and all they could say was well. we run it through the machine. Definitely would not recommend and will not be taking anything to them again this is my first time and last time to use them
