I've walked in the store twice , and very satisfied. Everyone is there seeks like they want to help. Very friendly willing to take the time to talk to you and discuss any issues you are having. More trusting then the other pool stores in the tifton area. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
Jamie and his crew did an amazing job installing new pool! Worked very hard, very courteous, and respectful. Informed of every step and procedure of the process that was happening! Rooster does a great job of explaining what equipment is, how everything works, answers questions, and gets work done in a timely manner.
I got impeccable service from Tri-W. They fixed my pool and came out and explained how all the pumps and levers work to turn equipment on and off. They are knowledgeable and the invoice was less than the quote. He underpromised and over delivered which is a good thing in customer service!
They are very knowledgeable helpful polite and professional and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them
