I write this review as I remain on hold for 34 minutes. I’m simply calling to see when my appointment is and it’s taking so long to reach the front desk. Providers are great but no one should have to be on hold for more than 30 minutes to speak to the front desk. ***Update: After waiting more than 40 minutes I gave up and hung up and tried to reach other departments but I couldn’t get a hold of an anyone. Dr Shah was very professional and pleasant just as she was when I saw her before. The receptionist was less so and I’ll just leave it at that. Dr Shah is a real bright spot in our broken medical system.
