I am with Kayla * these people are wholly unprofessional. Lucky I have not paid them anything. I need to file before the extension date of Oct 15 (which was caused by them, not me) and I cannot reach them. No response to emails. This is not the only place they have less than2 stars. I was referred by my prior accountant (who I knew personally) because he retired. I never thought about looking at review. Sure wish I had.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They are near impossible to get ahold of and extremely rude and unprofessional. It has taken me MONTHS just to get a call back, and I had to threaten a complaint to the BBB and the **** When I asked why I haven't received a call back in months despite my numerous messages left with their secretary, emails, and voicemails, *************************** response was, "I respond when I get messages".
