Dr Z was a fair doctor, but Tri-Valley is forcing me to find a new doctor because they will not accept my current insurance which is an HMO. I have had this policy for years now they want to force me into a PPO policy. The medical community is surely not an ally to senior citizens.
The level of unprofessionalism and disregard to patient safety is unbelievable. At 430p the day before my 95 yr old grandmother's appointment with Dr Tupin and the Sun City location the front desk calls to say "sorry we messed up and scheduled you for a 15 minute not a 30 minute appointment & the doctor won't wait so your appointment has been bumped". Nevermind its their mistake, nevermind its less than 24 hours notice, nevermind she waited two weeks for this appointment..... just too bad for the 95 year old patient. Think... read more
