Her team is not the best. I went to her for a check up and she had recommended to see a specialist. I tried to call back because the specialist wouldn’t schedule me without a recommendation from the doctor. I called right after my appointment about 4 times, all had went to voicemail. I called using *67 to block my caller ID, the front office finally answered. Super unprofessional. Mind you, this was all in the same day as my appointment.
One of the best doctors I’ve ever been to!! If insurance wasn’t an issue she would still be my doctor!!! She is amazing and very knowledgeable!!
Dr. Tan is one of the best docs I’ve encountered. Don’t know why she doesn’t have 5 stars. …might be because she works (and speaks) very quickly and maybe some patients don’t keep up. But that said, there’s nobody I’d rather go to if something complicated is going on. She’s super smart and keeps up on the latest when it comes to best practices/procedures.
Dr. Tan is a very thorough Doctor. Dr. Tan was recommended to me and I'm very happy to have her as my physician and her staff is great.
Dr. Tan is a wonderful person and a dedicated doctor. The front office staff (at this point in time at least) could do a better job communicating with patients and families, especially when issues arise and follow-up is required.
