The training camp in Algarve was a perfect training week: great location, excellent coaches, and delicious food!

Five star appointment :) Philip was really generous in sharing his knowledge during my sweat test, going above and beyond what he could have offered. Came away with really useful information from the sweat test but also nutrition, hydration and fuelling during sessions and races. Glad I finally got round to booking this test and looking forward to putting it in practice
Just enjoyed an introductory session on open water swimming and transition. Lots of useful tips, and Philip was very personable and receptive to all our questions. Thank you.
Awesome bike skills session with Alan on the track, we did positioning, balance, gears, braking and corners - really enjoyed it and learned loads too.
