Really nice people, full price transparency, free shuttle service, quick and efficient repairs. I wish more mechanic shops were like this.
Chris did a great job working on our Jaguar and clearly put in a lot of extra time and effort to make sure everything was done right. The original estimate was very reasonable, and even though the repair ended up being more complicated and took several extra hours, they still honored that original price, which I really appreciated. The owner and front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly as well. Great experience overall, would highly recommend.
If you need a place where the folks are gonna be honest with you and work with in your budget this is the place to go. Matt and his team give you options and most importantly will let you know if something can last a little longer instead of just running up your bill. Recently instead of going ahead and performing a brake job and making some minor repairs they caught an issue with the car and called to let me know it wasn’t worth moving forward and dumping more money into a vehicle that was going to have farther worse issues... read more
