My husband took a half day from work and rushed us 30 minutes to get to the car seat event today. We got there at 12:30 and was told the event was over. Even though we could see there were still people who worked the event standing around. We registered and it was advertised to end at 1:30. Just a disappointment because he took a half day and everything ☹️. Maybe a suggestion is to end the event when the event actually says it’s supposed to end… additionally, we asked 3 people and nobody had answers as to why it ended early.... read more

The safety village is such a cool, fun, safe , interactive place for kids to learn. My business was invited to participate by Geminus Corp. and all the employees were welcoming on site! Great job! Hope to be back soon.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling experience I had at Tri Town Safety Village today. I visited your establishment with a group of children from a local elementary school, and what should have been a pleasant outing turned into a nightmare due to the unacceptable behavior of your employees, William Jarvis. During lunchtime, I realized I had forgotten to bring my lunch and ordered food from Jimmy John's. Love coming here to the activities they have for the kids. Halloween, Easter, Etc. It's always a good time for the kids. The raffles are awesome as well. Can't wait till the next event!
