I usually don't leave any reviews, but I had to leave a 5-star review for the manager Jennifer, she went above and beyond to make sure we received lenses for an urgent patient the same day we called her. Her willingness to go the extra mile made this stressful situation so much easier. Thank you!!
As a consumer of Westway Opticians I have been thrilled with their service of over a decade. However the lab they use Tri Supreme in this instance is incompetent. The lab "hopes" to have my glasses ready by Monday, then it was Wednesday, then it was Thursday or Friday. Today is Friday and they are not ready, the process is now the beginning week 3 of a 7 day turnaround.
Tri-Supreme is one of the best labs we use. Their customer service is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. We have been using this lab for over 25 years and they have done everything to provide the best service. There is no job too difficult for Tri-Supreme.
