As a consumer of Westway Opticians I have been thrilled with their service of over a decade. However the lab they use Tri Supreme in this instance is incompetent. The lab "hopes" to have my glasses ready by Monday, then it was Wednesday, then it was Thursday or Friday. Today is Friday and they are not ready, the process is now the beginning week 3 of a 7 day turnaround.
Tri-Supreme is one of the best labs we use. Their customer service is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. We have been using this lab for over 25 years and they have done everything to provide the best service. There is no job too difficult for Tri-Supreme.
Great lab. Very helpful
Horrendous, lose frames, break frames, send lousy lenses. What more can you say.
