Jordan the sales representative was available for a.call whenever I had a question or concern. As far as the work performed ro replace and install all 14 windows and sliding door. I was impressed how the work was done in such a timely manner. Just overall the professionalism by work crew was just great!
The replacement window job turned out great!!! The finish detail and installers were very professional. They provided protection and cleanup. We are slowly replacing all of the windows in our house. I will continue to use Tri-State.
We did a full exterior renovation including stone, roof, siding, windows & sliding door. Tri state’s team of workers did a beautiful job on our home. Anthony, Mark, Jordan & Marcelo were all a big part of our project getting to the finished product.
The experience with TriState was awesome from start to finish. Anthony and Mark were great from the start. The window installation was done in one day. The crew that came were great. They were polite and so efficient. Cleaned up everything and made sure we had no questions at the end. I am a very happy customer. Hoping to enjoy my windows for years to come.
