I was hoping for a better experience, but overall, it was just average at best. While the doors themselves look nice and the salesperson did offer a competitive price, the customer service and follow-up left a lot to be desired. After placing my order, I had to follow up myself to confirm final measurements for two doors and a window—something I expected the company to manage proactively. This is my second time using Tri State. Very experienced and efficient. They show up and complete the project. They have a project supervisor that follows up on any concerns. Will usw them again on my future projects.

We recently had our siding replaced and tri-state did such an amazing job from start to finish. The team worked quickly and the quality of the job is spectacular. I am especially impressed with the trim that they did around the windows and doors. It looks like a completely different house!
