Getting ready to call again for replacement. In 5 years this will be the 3rd time the top windows have sweat inside the glass panels.
Been using these windows for 30+ years, and wouldn't put anything other in my house. When installed correctly, totally sound resistant, no chill or heat.. warranty is the best and customer service you can count on. In 39 yrs, only one window need a replacement part
Omg don't ever use these windows these are the cheapest crappieest made Harry installed our windows you can literally hear conversations outside our windows the cold we feel through the breeze we are go to call them Monday if they don't comply we will hire attorneys these windows are garbage I rather pay 2,000 per window these are horrible stay away repeat stay away
Rebecca and her boyfriend Tim work here..Rebecca lied and manipulated management, Jason specifically..she complained that Dallas took her picture ..she then pretended to be scared of Dallas..then Rebecca told her bf Tim and Tim threatened and assaulted Dallas in bathroom..so Dallas quit! JASON let these bullies do this!! SHAME!! And by the way, the president of company took pictures of Rebecca and they are here..without her consent or knowledge..yet he punished a worker who didn't even take Rebecca's picture!
