Let me start off by saying if I could give this company no stars that what I would have done. I bought windows from Tri-State a little over a yr ago. I have had issues with them since the day they was installed. They had service come out and replace a sash. There is condensation on the inside of the windows sometimes. One window leaks when it rains hard. A couple of the windows won't even close properly. One window is bowed along the bottom.
