They did great job
I would not recommend Tri-State. Since I received my generac, they set it up the unit without any oil in it. I had to call the gas company due to a severe gas leak, which resulted in them shutting off my gas until Tri-State fixed the issue. I also had to contact Tri-State for oil pressure problems, and they finally changed the sensor. Tri-State claims to monitor the Generac units, but mine has not worked for a month.
