Edit: Always great when they respond with a generic response that a member of management will be in contact and then crickets……. Not surprised at all. BUYER BEWARE: once they get your money, they no longer care. Our service tech was the only positive so far. They have zero problem making contact trying to sell their service plans but when you have a complaint about them being in breach of contract, they all the sudden can’t call even though you are told they would.
