Did an excellent job very curtious
Trevor did a great job repairing the generator that was installed broken 10 months ago. Trevor gets 5 stars, the installers and other repair men get 0 stars. TriStar gets 0 stars for delaying repair by 3 weeks because they said they only have 1 repairman for the DFW area.
Trevor came out to get my generator running after a fault code that happened before. The problem seems to have been the starter, and he replaced it under warranty. Started it a few times to make sure it was working properly. Then set up a weekly scheduled time to test run. Good job
Trevor came and serviced my Generator this afternoon. He was great and explained everything he did. Thank you Trevor!!
