Josh is great! Always responsive and does great work
The job was done very well. I would have given 5 stars except I was told the old standby panel would be removed and was not.

Technician Josh came out for general maintenance on my generator. Not customer friendly at all. Left my home without putting generator back in Auto mode and now my generator will not work and the technician is not coming back to fix his mistake. This is the second time I've had issues with this company. Storms are coming today and if my power goes out I have no generator. This is beyond unacceptable.
