Josh was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly…. we have peace of mind now that the generator is back up and running.😃
I was at the house when he arrived, but could not stay because I had a previous appointment. However, he was polite when I spoke with him and I'm sure he did a professional job.
I had a very disappointing experience with Tri-State. I tried to schedule multiple appointments to have a new generator installed. Before each appointment, they repeatedly called and texted to confirm that I would be home, only to cancel just hours before the scheduled visit. This happened more than once and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. Based on my experience, this is not the type of company I would recommend doing business with.
Josh did a very good job. Professional friendly and informative.
