Josh was great at diagnosing our issue. Glad to have him for any ongoing maintenance.
Josh was awesome. However I want to be compensated for my inconvenience of not having electricity for 2 weeks that I was without electricity.
Great service technician. Josh was very polite, respectful and was happy to answer any questions I had. As a 1st time Generac customer, I just wanted to better understand what if anything I should be aware of. Thank you for sending him out.
My experience would have been better if I was not the one who had to initiate EVERY conversation with tech support. I never recieved a written report of the work that was done on my generator. I was never told when or for how long the generator will go through it's exercise. Will it be weekly, monthly, quarterly? I have no idea. Communication is seriously lacking.
Josh was fantastic in explaining the issue that we were having with the generator. He gave us a heads up as to what to expect in adverse weather conditions. He was very thorough and knowledgeable technician. You’re lucky to have him. Great job.
