Their salesman Scott came to our home and immediately began deflecting direct questions I asked. I inquired about remote monitoring and how it worked (i.e. app on my phone) only to get an insult "well the power will be out, how will wifi work". I made the mistake of making a casual inquiry about their generator service. First they peppered me with 18 questions (not an exaggeration) until I finally said that I was no longer interested. Since then they have called me at least twice every day (some days 3 or 4 times). This has been going on for almost 3 weeks! I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General to see what I have to do to stop yhe harassment.
