We were sold a water system, system was very expensive, and we were told that the only thing we would have to buy is the cartridges under sink about every 3 years.. that was okay, since we have a monthly bill of 225. For this system. Now they are saying we have to pay to repack bottles, which is 300.00 + all different types of charges that has us paying close to 700.00 when they come to fix problem..that we cannot afford..this is not what we bought into..oh, the last guy that came out redid our system, it worked really well,... read more
Dustin Cameron was a wonderful advisor who informed us of everything you could ever want to know about a Generac generator. He was very professional and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. If you are looking to purchase a generator from Tri-State ask specifically for Dustin, you will be completely satisfied.
We purchased a while house water filtration system from them. The salesman failed to tell us about the hidden costs of keeping it maintained which is a few hundred a year. Also, we recently had system maintenance performed at a cost of $400 and our system soon stopped working altogether and they wanted to charge us another fee to come back out. Be ready to pay extra costs if you use them or get a system.
Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired the system quickly.
There service is very poor at best and the lack of communication is horrible its like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing
