Same decrepit billing procedures that all the other reviewers have documented. No detail, outrageous charges ($872 for an office visit and 3-4 blood tests with no upfront disclosure of the cost? I wish the individual doctors would address these issues much more than they do. Three different addresses (Oak,PA; Dallas TX and Cincinnati OH) on the statement - I guarantee that's there to upcharge on the billing amount. Seriously - $872 for a 5 minute visit and 3-4 blood tests! I'll be back in this review to see what the prices f... read more

Was quoted $200 for "New Patient Visit" as a cash customer. Paid $200 at my departure. I was later invoiced $438 for the site visit, $97 for the bladder scan and $26 for the urinal scan. I was very displeased in they way they handled the invoicing. I utilize Sidecar Health insurance which works like cash. They reimburse site visits up to $250. Being that the employees at Tri-State Urologic Services don't know what their services cost, I get left with the bill.

The absolute worst patient service I've ever experienced. The automated phone system is ridiculous, and you'll never get to speak to an actual person. Left multiple messages through the complicated system, and never received a call back. And good luck getting anyone to answer or return a call to the pharmacy. I will be looking for a new doctor's group for my care.

Dr Kuhn, Dr Rhodersheim, and the medical staff are amazing. The front desk staff are great. The biggest problem is the billing office. No one takes accountability for their errors. They submitted claims incorrectly to my insurance company. Glynda Wilson in billing refused to assist me and screamed at me in the phone after having SURGERY for kidney stone procedure, I had to drive to the billing department twice in person to try to get them to submit the bill to my insurance correctly - they were submitting to the secondary co... read more
