Even though they have all of my information and serial numbers.. with no receipt, they will not take the effort to use their system to keep myself, my family and my friends business. I never asked for a dime back. Offered to trade the "guaranteed" bad transmission, that I had already pulled and purchased, and pay half for the replacement. No receipt, no guarantee.
