I brought a 2019 international 4300 which I was skeptical since I had brought one that turned out to be a lemon Pat had me bring it back to get a free oil change which during that time there was leakage under the radiator so not that’s a 1900 job I just drove of with the truck only 3 weeks prior the warranty doesn’t cover it as well so when I talked to Pat he let me kno by law he doesn’t have to do anything but to show good faith he paid half of The repairs with me!!! Patrick was great to work with when looking for a used box truck. Most communication was done remotely and he was nice enough to send a walk-through video of the truck I was interested in. He went above and beyond to make sure the truck was ready, addressing any concerns I had, and was very helpful throughout the entire process! Ended up buying a 16 ft Isuzu NPR HD box truck that will be put to good use!
The sales person Patrick was very rude to me a customer that called to purchase a truck." Don't understand why maybe hate for certain people but I don't even need financing I guess they love to look at those trucks rot on their lot.
