Great shop upfront and honest that they can work on my freightliner but due to lacking tooling and software could be a possibility I might have to go to the dealer for my truck. Despite not having the equipment they got it done and I have not had a problem since.
Mechanics are great, front office is lacking.
It's terrible, and slow. you need to replace the older woman with glasses in the office. They keep ordering parts on a whim and constantly causing problems. Does a truck really have to wait idle for 10 days? The most incompetent, useless, and slow mechanical service I’ve ever seen.
Super friendly, knowledgeable help getting Mack parts, helped track down part numbers locate parts and had the parts within 24 hours. Kiah was super helpful and professional.
