First thing first 5 star is not enough. Tri State employees and store manager are very helpful and kind and during my time of almost 2 weeks was grate while my truck was at their shop and I want to say thank you to all of you and keep up the good work and thank you for the Netflix 🤣🤣. I have been waiting to hear back from one of your employees and he has refused to call me back. I have some important information I am needing from him. I’ve done everything I can to contact him from work to outside of work and still not getting a response, I understand that they are not allowed to be on their phones at work but when it is family related and a MUST NEED TO KNOW then I think that he should be able to give me the information I need. I only need a couple of mins of his time.
