Wish I could leave 0 stars. Took my 4 year old trolling motor to them to fix when I was done for the fishing season. It was leaking water from the upper head. They replaced the seals for quite a bit of money. Took it out months later after the weather warmed up and it still filled up with water. (I didn’t test it because it was winter time,) took it back and they charged me quite a bit more money to fix the sonar cone that mysteriously started leaking over the winter not being used. Took my lowrance trolling motor under warranty and they fixed the trolling motor and had it back to me the next day. Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone looking for a trolling motor or electronics! Go check them out you will have a great experience.
Had parts in stock. I was back on the water the same day
You can't talk to anyone for help with problems. Everything is email and you will go days with no response, when you spend that kind of money you expect a little better customer service. Terrible experience.
