Took my lowrance trolling motor under warranty and they fixed the trolling motor and had it back to me the next day. Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone looking for a trolling motor or electronics! Go check them out you will have a great experience.
Had parts in stock. I was back on the water the same day
You can't talk to anyone for help with problems. Everything is email and you will go days with no response, when you spend that kind of money you expect a little better customer service. Terrible experience.
Stay away from this company. If they sell you the wrong part, they will fight it saying there’s no refunds on electronics. Very unethical company. Stay far away as you can.
