Whenever I am looking for a service center no matter what I am trying to get fixed I look at their on line reviews. In some cases Tri State had very negative ratings and very positive ratings, not a whole lot in between. Most of the time I discount the negative ratings for obvious ratings. I had an issue with my Ionic battery, and when I brought it in, they immediately started working to diagnose and repair it. After some time, they weren’t able to get it working, so they sent it in for repairs. They called me promptly when it was back and even held it for a couple of weeks until I was able to get by and pick it up. Great prices in the store, but even better service! Thank you for everything you’ve done for me! Thanks for the help, Josh
Stopped by the store with my boat. Had a broken part on my trolling motor. They went above and beyond to make sure I had just the right part. Didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into leaving it. Just got me the part and even told me how to replace it. Great job TTM. I’ll be returning
