Trying to figure this out. I ordered from Trollingmotorparts.com and the parts were never delivered. All internet searches say this is the same business. But, this business seems to have good reviews. I have been unable to get anyone from either business to contact me about the issue or to file a claim with USPS. I’d be really careful about dealing with this business other than in person.
There are some bad ebay sellers. Then there are the "boat-goats" of ebay. This has been by far the worst eBay transaction I have made in over 10 years. Item arrived leaking and defective. Seller tried to justify my NEW compass leaking upon arrival. They then stopped messaging me back. Told me I was responsible for return shipping on a BROKEN item. The owner went out of his way to assist and help me with my trolling motor. He understood what I needed as I explained the problem. He listened to what I said and knew what was wrong. I went back the next day and it was ready for me. The staff was pleasant and helpful as well. I highly recommend this company for their excellent personal and professional manner and experience.
