NO CHARGE ON WINDOW REPAIR I dropped my car off to have the driver window repaired - as soon as it hit the top it would go down to full open. Only way to close window was to multi "tap" the window button and get window as close to top wo touching top. They called me a few hours later and said it was fixed, maybe just temporarily but it was working. The took the controller off and did something w connections and it was working, and they didn't charge me for it!!
I dropped my car off for them to look for water pump leak and more. They called me & told me there was too much debris to see any leak. That i had to get my engine detailed then bring it back. They didn't even put a pressure tester on it, said there was too much debris. Look at the photo. Is that too much that you can't even test for a leak? Don't they have a shop-vac? Guess the water pump job was too big for them & didn't want to do it. I'm never going back.
