overpriced tires, lube stores gotta be careful that will not mess up your car, employees are nice however the new kids owners are not nice people, stuck up, lazy and useless. I will not go back to tri state anymore !
I've taken vehicles there for the last 15 years. Most honest people I've ever dealt with. Never over charged me, and I usually end up paying less than they initially quoted me. I always get competitive prices on tires, and they get me always in and out quickly and efficiently. They're always polite and respectful and professional. If you're wondering if you should give them a chance, do it.

Went here once when I first moved to Rexburg, and I have never been anywhere else! Service is great! My car knowledge is not great, and I can't speak the lingo to save my life but they always know exactly what my car needs and I have never had an issue. So grateful to have found them!
I brought my car in to have it aligned after having the struts worked on. They checked it, told me the alignment was fine & didn't charge me. That kind of honesty creates loyal customers. They could have charged me and I wouldn't know any different.
