We have dealt with Tri State Tire in Rexburg since they opened in the early 70's. Mark, Jay and Jared were very honest men and good to deal with. Tri State Tire opened a store in Ashton, Idaho and Lee Macentire was a manager I guess. Anyway we had their mechanic install new tie rod ends on our GMC Envoy. They called us and said it was ready so we went to pick it up and you could not turn it the tie rod ends were in backwards. We left it and they installed them again.
