they had the owners dad replace my 7 year old furnace which had a ten year warranty and a life time warranty on the heat exchanger after three weeks of no heat and ten phone calls only after consumers power was called did anything get done then the furnace they put in is 10,000 btu less and only a one stage not the two stage i had have called them and was told there is nothing they will do take about poor service and giving a smaller furnace rip off company beware up date the furnace which was replace on dec 8 has now stoppe... read more
