I had some issues with the initial piece of stone that I chose. The size was wrong when they went to cut the countertop so they called me to come in and look at 2 other slabs. The initial one was a remnant and not sure if the other 2 were or not but they looked like full slabs. I chose one since I had to make a quick decision. They did not come out when they were supposed to and the counter top does not flow from the cut in the sink. CONSUMER BEWARE GRANITE WAS DAMAGED AT INSTALLATION BY INSTALLERS MORE INTERESTED IN LISTENING TO THEIR IPOD AND ANSWERING THEIR CELLPHONE. THEY BROKE A PIECE OFF THE GRANITE AT A SEAM AS WELL AS SCRATCH AND CHIP THE SURFACE. THEY ALSO DAMAGED OUR PLUMBING AND WE WERE WITHOUT WATER FOR 36 HOURS. THEY MADE ONE ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE DEFECTS AND MADE THE SURFACE WORSE. THEY CAME OUT TO INSPECT AND FOUND THE REPAIRS TO BE ADEQUATE WITH NO MENTION OF FAULTY EQUIPMENT.
