Waiting over a month now for an answer about where my moms life alert is after returning it for repair or replacement when it stopped working. Multiple phone calls and messages left. No return calls and no answers. Apparently they’re not worried about my 84 year old mother who lives alone and fall’s frequently. I would not recommend this company bc their customer service is horrible. Wish I had another option.
After years of having trouble with our security cameras, we finally have them all working at one time. Very professional and job was done exactly how they promised. Thanks to the whole crew.
