Both Daniel and Alfredo were very professional and made sure every aspect of our job was done thoroughly. The issue was leaks from an upstairs bathroom into kitchen ceiling below. Removal of damaged materials, drying of room and application of an anti-microbial were involved.
Very efficiently and neatly performed. I was particularly impressed with the accounting team. Dealing with Virginia and letting her be in charge of communication with our insurance company made the whole process infinitely easier than it would have been otherwise. I felt that I was in very good hands.
Horrible attitude and terrible work
This was my first time dealing with a leak in my condo, and I found the situation very stressful since I wasn’t sure how to handle the water damage. A plumber recommended Tri State Restoration, and I’m glad they did. The Tri State team members I worked with—Eric, Virginia, and Alfredo—were fantastic.
