UPDATED REVIEW: Warning: Do not sign anything with Tri-State until you know the full scope and costs. I ended up with exorbitant fees for a minor water loss in a small area, over $4k in charges and insurance wouldn't cover most of it due to inflated labor and equipment costs. Learn from my mistake. Daniel Adu, Cirilio .C ,Artur.V and Diego. did a fantastic job. Very thorough remediation of the water damaged areas.
Alfredo & Artur did a very good job removing the water from the basement and the kitchen caused by a failure of the ice cube maker in our refrigerator.
