This "company" is a SCAM! I had substantial damage to my house and not one job was completed. Tom Herbst, the owner, was paid directly through the insurance and basically took the money and ran. He would send over day labors who wouldn't get paid and not come back. DO NOT CALL!!! Also if you see in the reviews he rated himself and another 5star review was one of his sidekicks.

Still waiting to be paid for a job off nolensville Rd in November, worked with Cooks Demolition and Ray Cook says we are waiting for Tri-star to pay us.

One of Tri-State Restoration's employees hit my daughter's parked car and owned up to it by leaving a note on the windshield (over $1000 damage). The owner, Tom Herbst, has used subterfuge and delays to avoid paying for the damage that his employee caused. If you are considering doing business with these sharks, don't walk...RUN AWAY!!
