Great response and services
Failed to show up two times and they never fixed the issue after they showed up. Had to hire a different company.
Bryan S. from Tri-State Handyman came out. We had a sewage smell in the basement--wasn't sure what caused it. Turns out we needed to pour some enzymes into the drain at the wet bar. Problem solved. Bryan S. was early, professional and very responsive. He even listened and gave advice on some other general plumbing concerns. I'd definitely recommend him / Tri-State to friends and neighbors.
Nothing has been fixed. The handyman flicked a circuit switch that triggered a night light to come on, but the core of the problem, which is the lights in my two bedrooms, still don't work. He never went up to the cross space to check the wiring or anything. I'm very frustrated that I paid a fee for incomplete work, and have to submit another claim for someone to come out to look deeper into the problem.
