I had 3 different therapists
They do not care about there patience they verbally say that they don't care if you have kids to take care of that is not their problem they don't help they sit on phones and computer instead of actually treating worste place to go very unprofessional and directly from the woman I spoke to they don't like kids eithere don't like kids either cuz she don't care if you have them You got to deal with it it's not her problem they're a joke to scam money not a single person in the building cares they You feel their schedule but ev... read more
I have had a wonderful experience with the physical therapy team at Tri State. They listen, explain what and why we are doing certain moves. They check on you during exercises to ensure you are ok. Very kind people that genuinely care and want to help you.
Lovely people, won't go anywhere else!
