Friendly people nice service
Tri-State turned a horrible situation into a pleasantly positive. I had a load of frozen turkeys that was supposed to be shipped at -10 degrees. When I picked the load up Friday night, it was already at 13 degrees and rising. Saturday morning it had reached 20 degrees. By then I had made it to Shreveport La. Tri-State Refrigeration was in the area so the technician, Danny met me at their facility. He is an incredibly nice guy and has a way of talking to you as if he’s known you for years.
