It was Sunday, and my Thermo King reefer showed Code 25 at an alternate stop. I was lucky to find this shop. Tory Maxwell, the technician, was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had my reefer repaired in no time. The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend this shop, especially if you have the chance to work with Tory Maxwell.
Great customer service there also it seems business was slow that day I drop the trl and trl was ready before the truck got out the shop from dealer.

Tri-State turned a horrible situation into a pleasantly positive. I had a load of frozen turkeys that was supposed to be shipped at -10 degrees. When I picked the load up Friday night, it was already at 13 degrees and rising. Saturday morning it had reached 20 degrees. By then I had made it to Shreveport La.
