Eric a lighting expert. He's successfully helped me select lighting to outfit one of our landscape maintenance trucks and the increased lighting has been a great addition. Highly recommend!
Eric was great to work with and very responsive. Had issues with delivery of a siren from a manufacturer because of production delays and he was awesome in assisting me in selecting another unit.
Just placed an order with Tri-State. Eric emailed me back informing me that one of the items I wanted that usually take 3 weeks to ship was in stock the only difference was one of the light was clear not red. After calling and talking with him I decided to go with the one they had in stock and he will be shipping it out tomorrow. Excellent service and great product videos!!!
Amazing job so far ran into a snag do to another establishments non professional work ordered the parts hope to have the rest of install complete within the next week!! Very professional staff and very knowledgeable thank you
