Very pleased how our pool turned out!
All this place did was take our money and give us the run around for 2 months. They lied about having the install done in a timely manner, then they tried to blame the guy they hired to do the install by saying he went to jail??!! What kind of company does that???? Then after WEEKS OF GOING ROUND AND ROUND we finally get our pool, then the guy that did the installation said that we owed him money??!! Money that we shouldn’t have had to pay because of Tri-State pools in Scottsboro, Alabama. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!!
I would not even leave a star review but it’s my only option. I hired them to open our pool and get it ready for summer. After 2 months of calling and being told they would be here the next day they wouldn’t show. But would say they had came. They finally showed up did absolutely nothing to the pool no chemicals didn’t turn the pump on anything. After I called again they show up dump some chemicals in and leave a bill for over $1000. 10/10 do not recommend them. No reason for this to happen. Can’t even get them to price a ne... read more

Good place to buy chemicals in store and they offer good quality pool builds.
