I was impressed with Jason and happy with the services he provided us when our water heater started leaking and felt like he was honest, kind and helpful with what we needed to do. After they were done we had water pressure issues, I gave it a couple days thinking it was because the heater just needed to refill. Jason arrived at the house on time and was very detail oriented in figuring out the leak and plumbing issues we were having. We just purchased a home in Cedar City and we're not familiar with any of the businesses in the area. WE HIT THE JACKPOT with Tri State Plumbing. I highly recommend Tri State Plumbing. We have had them do minor repairs to water lines and toilet installations, but they also just completed a re-plumb of all our water lines and installation of a new water softener. Becky and Jason were great working with us to plan, estimate, and schedule this big job. Jason was clearly the most professional of the three companies we got quotes from. Marco is the best you could ask for. Very reliable and trustworthy. He was able to find the source of our leak and mold and had it fixed in a day. Went above and beyond and stayed after work hours to make sure we were taken care of. We would definitely recommend if you ever need a plumber.
