Mark at tristate was contacted through homeserve USA to repair a broken sewage line at my home. After getting the run around from 5 different companies who did nothing but clear the backup. I explained my situation to him. He came as soon as I explained that we had been without being able to use our house water for 3 weeks. What a bunch of jerks can't even drive they ran me off the road and I almost ended up in the river. If they can't drive I would not have them do any work for me either .total jerks

We called Mark when our drain cleaning found a cracked sewer line. He came out to repair the cracked pipe and found no pipe at all. He was able to replace our missing sewer line and get the job done quickly before the 7" of snow buried everything. He and Seth were professional and able to explain everything to me while it was happening. The 6 of us in the house are very grateful for the work they did! He should be your go to for anything plumbing. Thank you again

Couldn't have asked for a better company! Guys were super polite and kept me informed of what was going on. They replaced my water service line in no time. Can't recommend them enough!
