Have been using Tri State Pest for a few years now and the past 2 visits we have had Greg and he’s been awesome! He is so thorough and attentive, makes sure all of my concerns are heard, and is a true professional
This is a very reliable and respected company. I highly recommend them for their thoroughness, professionalism, and customer service. Special shout out to Timothy, who goes above and beyond for his customers. A great service overall.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is disgusting. I had entrusted them to get rid of a pest problem we had been dealing with for 6 months with absolutely no resolutions. A manager even admitted to me the techs were using the OPPOSITE PEST SPRAY needed for my issue and he also admitted they were telling me FALSE information!!
