Tri state has always been great to us and I specifically want to give a shout out to Mark. He is professional and his attention to detail sets him apart from others. Sometimes you can feel like pest companies come and go so quick and you question how well they have protected your home against pest. Not with Mark, I had zero concern. He was thorough, yet done in a timely manner.
I've been with this company for a couple years now and haven't thought to leave a review until Today. I just had Mark out to my house for my maintenance and he was extremely thorough and pleasant to work with. He took the time to make sure he covered all areas of my concern and went above and beyond. In addition, he had thorough knowledge and was able to provide me with appreciated feedback. The company should definitely be proud to have this man on their team.
