Tri State is great. Excellent customer service from scheduling to the technicians who come out. They do a great job and are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Really great service. I had killed 10 mice via snap trap and just couldn't get rid of them. Tri State Pest Management was great. No problems since. They were incredibly proactive about their approach and truly made the difference. Highly recommended.
We are always satisfied with our service. The office staff is friendly and helpful but most of all we love our technician Justin. We request him for each visit. He is knowledgeable, always willing to look at whatever, and very sweet with our big licky dog. Couldn’t ask for more!!
I shop based on reviews and Tri-State had great reviews and now I know why. When I initially called to inquire about services the young lady I spoke with was kind and courteous. I called on a friday and She set me up with an eval and treat that following Monday. Justin was our tech. He was very kind and professional. He arrived within the time frame I was given. Great service! They always call ahead with reminders to schedule your technician if you have quarterly service, and they do a very thorough job. We’ve had their service for almost an entire year and we never have to call them back in to re-treat areas where we have crickets or mice. Would highly recommend them for any pest related services around the house!
